By making a booking with Go Rogue Southsea, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Bookings

All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Once a booking is made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Bookings cannot be transferred to another person or another event.
Booking Adjustments

While bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise.

At our discretion, we may be able to adjust or reschedule a booking, provided that we receive reasonable notice and reasoning.

Any adjustments are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
Vouchers & Promo Codes

All vouchers and promotional codes must be used within their valid period.

Only one promotional code can be applied per booking unless otherwise stated.

Vouchers and promo codes cannot be exchanged for cash, resold, or applied retrospectively.

Any misuse of promotional codes may result in the cancellation of the booking without refund.
General Terms

Go Rogue Southsea reserves the right to amend or update these terms at any time without prior notice.

By completing a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who fails to comply with these policies.
